Course Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from duskymarten. Places are subject to availability.

Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 50% refund or credit towards a future course
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: Credit towards a future course only
• No-shows: No refund or credit

Cancellation by duskymarten

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, duskymarten shall not be liable for:
